What is a Notary?

A Notary is a qualified lawyer and Notaries are subject to regulation by the Faculty Office of the Archbishop of CanterburyNotaries must be fully insured and compliant with stringent practice rules and rules relating to conduct and discipline and the handling of clients' money. Notaries have to renew their practising certificates every year and can only do so if they have complied with the rules.

Kevin Newell

Notary Public

Kevin was admitted as a Solicitor in 1974 and as a Notary in 1988. He specialises in corporate governance and related issues. 

As chairman of Burgess Hill Town Football Club, it is also fair to say that nothing fazes him. 

Kevin also owns a property in the Lot Valley, southern France and is therefore familiar with the legal procedures in that country.
